Screen Printing
Screen printing first appeared in a recognisable form in China during the Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD). Today, screen printing is widely used to create mass or batch produced graphics.
Screen printing lends itself well to printing on discs and is ideal for producing units with pantone and solid colours. This method of printing also allows you to get creative with metallic and fluorescent pantones, partial printing and gloss & matt finishing. Our production team can precisely colour match your artwork.
We can screen print a maximum of six colours (including white base) to your disc, either as Pantone colours, CMYK, or a combination of both. Our screen printers have the capacity to print up to 100,000 discs a day and can print six colours (including white base) as CMYK, pantone or a combination of both.
