As the first UK company to introduce the Tapematic 2print, we are also able to offer digital disc printing in volume for an even quicker turn around.
Digital printing optical media is a quick and efficient solution to screen or litho. No time consuming preparation is required with digital printing and once the chosen image has been loaded, the 2Print Digital is able to print up to 1,000 units per hour. With a minimum changeover time between jobs, the 2Print offers cost effective, high quality printing that gives us greater flexibility, enabling us to respond to requests in the shortest possible time.
The printing process is based on revolutionary micro inkjet head technology, employing UV curable ink. State of the art print heads and RIP proprietary software to produce the high quality images.
The 2print also enables us to develop printing into the next generation of Blue Ray and HD products, neither of which are reputed to react well to impact printing such as litho or screen. As labelling optical media is not an option, digital printing is truly the way forward.
