Both duplicated and replicated CDs hold up to 700MB of visual and audio data, and can be printed using high speed digital printing or screen printing technology in combinations from one to six colours.

Mini CDs, holding up to 185Mb of data, can be an unusual and effective solution to the distribution of information or promotional material. Our 8cm CDR's are duplicated in-house, and can be printed in the same way as traditional CDs.

So what is the difference between duplication and replication?

Duplication - Discs are duplicated from a master using a laser technology offering short lead times and a fast turn around. This method is appropriate where there are specific deadlines to be met.

Replication - The process of replication involves pressing discs from a glass master which is created from an original master. Although set up costs are greater than those incurred in duplication, high volume runs can make this process cost effective.
