CD PrintingSince the introduction of our screen-printing facility we are able to offer printing up to six colours with a capacity of up to 4,000 CD's per hour. Our experienced team of printers has worked together since 1997 and have therefore developed an understanding of today's technologies and the most practical and effective means of achieving your goals. Our experience has taught us that every job is different we have therefore tailored our production accordingly by offering ink jet printing or production via our six colour screen-printing process. Both duplicated and replicated CDs hold up to 700MB of visual and audio data, and can be printed using ink-jet or silk screen printing technology in combinations from one to six colours. CDs can include a serial number if required, and customers have the option of choosing various types of media including inkjet and thermal coated CD's.
NEW ultra fast digital CD & DVD printing!As the first UK company to intoduce the Tapematic 2print, we are now also able to offer digital CD and DVD printing in volume for an even quicker turnaround.
The printing process is based on revolutionary micro inkjet head technology, employing UV curable ink. State of the art print heads and RIP proprietary software produce high quality images. The 2print also enables us to develop printing into the next generation of Blue Ray and HD products, neither of which are reputed to react well to impact printing such as litho or screen. As labelling optical media is not an option, digital printing is truly the way forward.
